CARDIFF: Sam Hammams bid to transform Cardiff City into a major footballing force took another step forward on Tuesday when the Welsh club received a final green light to build a new 60,000-seater stadium.
Carwyn Jones, the planning minister in Wales assembly, said he would not raise any objection to the £165mil project, which has already been approved by local authorities.
