LONDON: Arsenal are about to appeal a Football Association charge of violent conduct on Sol Campbell which accuses him of kicking Manchester United’s Eric Djemba-Djemba, the Guardian reported on Tuesday.
The England centreback is up against a possible three-match suspension should the FA uphold their initial decision following the incident in the Community Shield match last month.
