Perak virtually seal place in quarter-finals, Ziga steers Public Bank to win again

MALACCA: Indian hot-shot Bhaichung Bhutia and Liberian hitman Frank Seator scored a goal each as Perak downed Malacca 2-1 in a Malaysia Cup Group D match at the Hang Tuah Stadium here last night to virtually book a place in the quarter-finals.

Bhaichung opened the scoring after just seven minutes, trapping a Ahmad Noreffendy cross before cheekily kicking the ball past goalkeeper Zainal Rabin from close range.
