PETALING JAYA: Hurdler Noraseela Khalid is certainly on a roll after breaking the national women’s 400m hurdles record a fourth time in three months.
The 24-year-old Noraseela’s latest feat came at the World University Games in Daegu, South Korea yesterday when she clocked 56.90 to finish sixth in the final.
