Kafa to know fate over crowd invasion charge next week

PETALING JAYA: The Kelantan FA (Kafa), who are being held responsible for a crowd invasion which saw assistant referee P. Sundra Singran assaulted during their Malaysia Cup Group A match against Kedah at the Sultan Mohamed IV Stadium in Kota Baru last Saturday, will only be hauled up before the FA of Malaysia's (FAM) disciplinary committee next week.

The electronic and print media, who came in full attendance at the Wisma FAM in Kelana Jaya yesterday, were informed that Kafa had exercised their rights under the FAM constitution that an association should be given three days' notice prior to the hearing.
