PARIS: Lille conceded their first goal of the season in a 1-1 home draw with promoted Metz but still kept their first place in French Ligue 1 on Saturday.
The Northerners were just five minutes short of the French record for the longest start without conceding a goal in the first division which stands at 275 minutes.
