KUALA LUMPUR: Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) launched a Formula One based website yesterday to complement their coverage of the premier world motor-racing championships.
The site www.pitstop.com.my has an added Malaysian flavour where fans can discuss F1 topics in a forum column and send in e-mails.
The F1 forum will be hosted by TV2's F1 presenter Harmi Taazim and Radio 4 Labor Pain's Sanjeev Palar.
The site also contains informative news, including real time updates, F1 statistics from previous races, technology and rules.
The real time updates on qualifying and race days will be featured on the site in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
RTM have a three-year contract to broadcast the entire 16 rounds of the F1 Championships from this year.
