KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia defeated Thailand 74-66 for their second successive win in the South-East Asia (Seaba) men's basketball championship at Maba Stadium last night to secured a place in the Asian Championships in China next month.
The top two teams in the four-team round-robin tournament make the cut. And Malaysia, who defeated Vietnam 95-70 in the opening match the previous day, will play against the Philippines today to decide the champions.
