The Premier II champions appeared lethargic after having given a herculean effort to qualify for the Super League. They had to play four matches in 11 days to get into the eight-team elite league next year – defeating Johor (3-1 on aggregate) and Johor FC (3-3 on aggregate and 5-4 on penalty kicks).
