KUALA LUMPUR: National artistic gymnasts Nurul Fatiha Abdul Hamid, Yap Yee Yin and Ng Shu Man's two-day wait ended on a joyful note yesterday. All three, who had failed to make an impact at the national meet, have been given the nod to compete in the World Championships from Aug 16-24 in the US.
The trio put up decent performances to win the approval of the judges in a two-day control test held on Tuesday at the Maktab Perguruan Teknik and Gymnasium Two in Bukit Jalil respectively.
