BIRMINGHAM: The International Badminton Federation (IBF) have introduced a new format for the Thomas and Uber Cup team competitions in an effort to popularise the sport globally and to safeguard their place in the Olympics.
The IBF have decided to expand the Thomas and Uber Cup Finals to include 12 teams, instead of eight previously.
