PETALING JAYA: Malaysia have a tough opener, having to take on arch-rivals Thailand in a Group D match of the Asian Football Confederation's (AFC) Futsal Championship in Iran tomorrow.
Thailand, who defeated Malaysia to win the Asean Futsal Championship in Kuantan early this month, are the favourites from the group to advance to the quarter-finals. Only the top two teams from each group in the 16-team tournament qualify for the last eight.
