Emotional Yafei faints with joy after relay gold

BARCELONA: China's Zhou Yafei said the joy of her first world gold sparked her dramatic poolside collapse after she helped her team to the women's 4x100m medley relay title at the World Swimming Championships here on Saturday.

The Chinese timed a new championship record of 3:59.89 to spoil the United States' dream of a hat-trick of relay titles here with defending champions Australia having to settle for bronze.
