MADRID: Barcelona striker Patrick Kluivert was not allowed into the United States on Friday because of his involvement in a fatal car accident eight years ago, Spanish news reports said.
The Dutch international, who was expected to play for Barcelona in a three-match tour of the US, was not allowed through passport control with the rest of the team at Logan Airport in Boston, according to leading sports daily Marca.
