SEREMBAN: Work to prepare the venues for the 2004 Malaysia Games (Sukma) is progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed by end of this year, Mentri Besar Tan Sri Mohamed Isa Abdul Samad said yesterday.
He said there had been some delays but government's amnesty programme for illegal foreign labourers meant the glitches had been overcome.
