Ganeshwaran back to win place in SEA Games team


PETALING JAYA: Sprinter R. Ganeshwaran is back to make his first attempt to win a place in the team for the Vietnam SEA Games in the three-day Pahang Open athletics championships, which begin tomorrow at the Darulmakmur Stadium. 

The 26-year-old Pahang sprinter, who was axed from the team for the Busan Asian Games last year after he was found guilty of drink driving, is down to compete in the 100m (tomorrow) and the 200m (Sunday).
