Skipper Ganeson says club players more committed

PETALING JAYA: Football nomad A. Ganeson has brushed aside suggestions that Selangor Public Bank are the dumping ground for former internationals who have passed their prime in their football careers.

The 32-year-old former international, who has had stints with Penang (1995), Negri Sembilan (1996-98, 2001) and Terengganu (1999-2000), said that Public Bank had resurrected his playing career after he fell out of favour with state sides in Premier I following a one-year layoff to recover from a knee surgery in 2001.
