KUALA LUMPUR: Two-time overall champion Karamjit Singh made a cautious start to his defence of the Asia-Pacific Rally Championship by finishing fourth overall and third among the championship contenders after day one in the Rally of Rotorua in New Zealand yesterday.
It earned Karamjit one championship point from three available from Leg 1, said the Petronas Eon Racing Team (PERT) in a statement here.
