SAINT-ETIENNE (France): A Turkish fan, who hurled a camera onto the pitch narrowly missing Ronaldinho’s head during Brazil’s Confederations Cup tie against Turkey last month, has been identified after the roll of film was developed by police.
The device, which only avoided the World Cup winner by a matter of centimetres, was thrown from the stands after Adriano had put Brazil ahead in the match at the Geoffrey-Guichard Stadium here on June 23.
