LONDON: Claudio Ranieri has been given a vote of confidence by Chelsea’s new owner Roman Abramovich despite speculation over Sven-Goran Eriksson leaving his England post to take over the London club.
Ranieri met the Russian billionaire for the first time on Tuesday and was told he will remain as manager, the London Evening Standard reported yesterday.
