PENANG: Penang, who are struggling to make an impact in Premier I this year, had some rare welcome news when diminutive midfielder Ng Kok Heng was cleared for action against Kelantan at the State Stadium in Batu Kawan tonight.
The 30-year-old midfielder, who missed the away clash against Sarawak at Kuching last week because of a back injury, was declared fit yesterday.
