PETALING JAYA: Ironwoman Siti Shahida Abdullah will be gunning to crack her own national hammer record again in the Federal Territory Open athletics championships, which will be held at the National Training Track in Bukit Jalil on June 28 and 29.
The 22-year-old Pahang athlete hurled the hammer to a distance of 49.66m in the Negri Open last month. It was better than the national record of 48.78m, which she set in Sukma last September.
