REDWORTH (England): England midfielder Steven Gerrard says Michael Owen and teenager Wayne Rooney are destined to become a world-class strike partnership.
The two men helped England to a vital 2-0 victory over Turkey in Euro 2004 qualifying in April and, according to Gerrard, are set to be Sven-Goran Eriksson's chosen pairing for Wednesday's game in Group Seven against Slovakia.
