MERIDEN (England): Greg Owen made amends for his disaster in Portugal two months ago by winning the British Masters here yesterday when he shot a final round one-under 71 to finish 14-under for the championship.
The Englishman finished three strokes ahead of Ian Poulter and France's Christian Cevaer.
