Lennox blasts Tyson and King for failure to fight

SCOTRUN (Pennsylvania): Heavyweight world champion Lennox Lewis said on Thursday he didn’t want to talk about Mike Tyson, but he had plenty to say in a prepared statement detailing his lawsuit over Tyson’s failure to fight as planned on the undercard of Lewis’ June clash with Canadian Kirk Johnson.

Lewis, 37, took the opportunity of an open workout and press conference to hand out a statement blasting Tyson and promoter Don King, who Lewis accuses of persuading Tyson to renege on his agreement to fight on the card at the June 21 Staples Center in Los Angeles.
