KOTA BARU: Selangor's Sabrina Chong created the first major upset in the national schools (MSSM) badminton championships with a second round elimination of second seed Lee Sze Jin of Pahang in the girls' Under-18 singles at the Kelantan BA Badminton Hall here yesterday.
Sze Jin, who was overwhelmed 5-11, 5-11, was clearly not in the same form that gave her a runner-up finish last year. She had not been in training regularly since entering Form Six this year.
