MALACCA: League leaders Perak came to town with hit man Khlaid Jamlus and hard tackling defender Faizal Zainal in tow but could only manage to wiggle away with a tame 1-1 draw against Malacca Telekom in their Premier I match at the Stadium Hang Tuah last night.
Brazilian Flavio Galvao, ordered to buck up or face the management’s wrath for lack of commitment, gave Perak the lead in the 54th minute. However, Telekom skipper Isaac Kuffour stole a point when he converted a late in the 83rd minute.
