Of current drivers, McLaren's Coulthard has the next best career tally of 13, BAR's Jacques Villeneuve 11.
Ferrari have won 161 times, McLaren 137, Williams 108.
France's Olivier Panis (Toyota) is the only driver who has so far out-qualified his team mate in every race this season. However, Brazilian rookie Cristiano da Matta took Toyota's first points in Spain while Panis has yet to score.
Michael Schumacher's controversial win in Austria last season was his first success at the track.
His Brazilian team mate Rubens Barrichello has a better record there, leading two out of the last three races in Austria and finishing on the podium three times in a row.
Schumacher, Coulthard and Villeneuve are the only current drivers to have won in Austria and Coulthard has the best record. The Scot has also been second four times and finished all of his six races at the A1 Ring in the points.
There are no Austrian drivers. The last to win his home race was Niki Lauda for McLaren in 1984.
Sunday's race will be the 100th in which the Schumacher brothers, Michael and Ralf, have both competed. Although it will be Ralf's 106th start, Michael missed six races in the 1999 season when he broke his leg.
Schumacher can retake the championship lead if he finishes more than four points clear of McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen.
