SAN ANTONIO (Texas): San Antonio’s Tim Duncan was voted the National Basketball Association’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the second year in a row, NBA officials announced on Sunday.
Duncan, who led San Antonio to a league-best 60-22 record, is the first player to win the award in consecutive seasons since Michael Jordan in 1992, joining such NBA legends as Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Wilt Chamberlain.
