KUALA LUMPUR: It was a day of ecstasy and agony for ironwoman Siti Shahidah Abdullah on the second and final day of the Negri Sembilan Open Athletics Championships at the National Sports Council (NSC) training track in Bukit Jalil here yesterday.
The 22-year-old Siti was overjoyed when she managed to beat the SEA Games qualifying mark in the hammer event although she was the sole participant.
