MUNICH: Top seed Roger Federer demolished Austrian Stefan Koubek 6-2, 6-1 to reach the final of the Munich Open yesterday.
Switzerland’s Federer, playing his first clay-court tournament of the year, needed just 55 minutes to brush aside Koubek and set up a final clash with Jarkko Nieminen of Finland.
