LONDON: Jaguar have approached Formula One rivals McLaren about hiring Austrian test driver Alex Wurz as a possible replacement for struggling Brazilian Antonio Pizzonia.
A McLaren spokesperson said on Monday that although 29-year-old Wurz had a long-term contract with McLaren “we have been approached by Jaguar and we are in discussions with them at the moment.”
