PHILADELPHIA (Pennsylvania): Tim Montgomery was relieved after returning to the track to anchor the winning 4x100m relay team at the Penn Relays here on Saturday, his first race since he set the 100m world record of 9.78sec last September in Paris.
“It was great fun,” Montgomery said after he anchored the USA Red squad to victory in 38.62sec, five-hundredths of a second ahead of USA Blue.
