PETALING JAYA: The FA of Malaysia (FAM) are likely to provide more teams with a chance of qualifying to the eight-team Super League next season by increasing the number of teams in the playoffs from four to eight.
The top six teams from Premier I win automatic qualification and the playoffs for the two remaining slots had originally been planned between the seventh and eighth placed teams from Premier I and the champions and runners-up of Premier II.
