WELKOM (South Africa): Honda revealed yesterday there will be an independent enquiry into the death of Japanese rider Daijiro Kato, who died following an accident at the Suzuka circuit on April 6.
A Honda statement released ahead of today's South African Grand Prix at Welkom said that the commission of enquiry would be led by Professor Ichiro Kageyama of Nihon University's College of Industrial Technology.
