ROME: Lazio held on to fourth place in Serie A despite being held to a 0-0 draw at Modena yesterday, as their closest rivals slipped up in the race for a place in next season’s Champions League.
While Lazio drew a blank in Emilia Romagna, fifth-placed Parma went down 2-1 at AS Roma and Chievo, in sixth position, lost by the same score at Empoli.
