PETALING JAYA: The World Championships from May 12-18 in Birmingham may be a “victim” of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) if the outbreak continues to spread.
The International Badminton Federation (IBF) have sent out circulars informing its affiliates that they were keeping tab of the SARS progress and asked them to stay alert on possibilities of having more international tournaments postponed including the upcoming World Championships from May 12-18 in Birmingham.
