LOS ANGELES: Annika Sorenstam opened a two-stroke lead on Friday in the first round of the Office Depot Championship, carding a roller-coaster four-under-par 68 at the El Caballero Country Club.
“It was a little bit of an up and down round,” said Sorenstam. “I hit some good shots today, I really did. It's a tough golf course, you have to place the shots in the right side of the green and I think I did that today.”
