SINGAPORE: About three-quarters of Singapore's national rugby side will be quarantined for at least a week after returning from the annual Hong Kong Sevens rugby tournament, Singapore sport officials said yesterday.
The 21 players and officials from the men's and women's teams showed no signs of suffering from a deadly flu-like virus that has infected hundreds worldwide and killed 15 in Hong Kong, but the Singapore Rugby Union took the step as a precaution.
