LONDON: Ferrari's Michael Schumacher will limber up for Sunday's Brazilian F1 Grand Prix by joining local football champions Santos in a charity kick-about.
The Italian team's website said the five-times world champion will take part in a training session with the Brazilian club today.
The proceeds will go to a UNICEF project.
I can't wait to play with them. I really have fun playing with professionals because I can learn so much, said Schumacher, who will be seeking his first win of the season at Interlagos.
Schumacher is a big football fan and frequently turns out for a game in the week before a race. Reuters
