SLALEY (England): England defender Sol Campbell and striker Emile Heskey will train on Monday after injury, while Francis Jeffers and Jermaine Jenas have left the Euro 2004 qualifying squad to face Turkey.
Campbell was rested for Saturday's 2-0 Group Seven victory in Liechtenstein due to a nagging Achilles problem but his subsequent recovery has gone well, the FA said on its website on Sunday.
