LONDON: The proposed transfer of Marc-Vivien Foe from Olympique Lyon to Manchester City will fall through unless the French club agree to reduce their fee, Blues manager Kevin Keegan said on Friday.
The Cameroon midfielder is currently on loan at Maine Road and City have the option of a permanent deal.
