MIAMI: Bob Tway's last PGA Tour victory came nearly eight years ago, but the 40-something golfer looked to be in his prime Friday with a flawless four-under 68 that gave him the halfway lead at the Doral Golf Resort.
Tway birdied three of his final five holes to complete his bogey-free round. He is at 11-under 133 for a one-stroke lead over Jim Furyk and a two-shot advantage over Carlos Franco and first round leader Rod Pampling.
