Chong Ming's latest injury may see him elbowed out of World C'ships


PETALING JAYA: Top national men's doubles player Chan Chong Ming has suffered a big blow in his preparations for the World Championships. 

The 22-year-old is out of the Japan Open from April 1-6 and the Korean Open from April 8-13 with an elbow injury. And if he does not get well in a hurry, he and partner Chew Choon Eng, currently ranked sixth in the world, may also have to pull out of the World Championships in Birmingham from May 12-18.
