IPOH: Former international V. Saravanan struck a blow for local strikers when he hit a hattrick to give Perak a 4-2 win over Sarawak in a Premier I match that was delayed when the lights went out at the Perak Stadium here last night.
Saravanan was on target in the 24th, 32nd and 58th minutes while Khalid Jamlus added the other in the 53rd minute. Sarawak replied through Robert Ehsum and Gilbert Gawing in the third and 66th minutes respectively to make it a six-goal thriller for the fans.
