PETALING JAYA: National track cyclist Josiah Ng made a storming start to his World Cup campaign by beating two former world champions to win silver in the keirin event in the opening leg held in Moscow last weekend.
Josiah, who became the first Malaysian cyclist in 32 years to win a medal at the Asian Games when he took silver in the sprint, had qualified for the keirin final on Saturday.
