PETALING JAYA: Mohd Hafiz Hashim put up a fiery performance in chilly Birmingham yesterday to set up an explosive men's singles final against top seed and defending champion Chen Hong of China in the US$125,000 All-England badminton championships.
Yesterday, the 20-year-old Hafiz took 48 minutes to eliminate China's Chen Yu with a convincing 15-12, 15-12 win in the semi-finals at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham.
