MADRID: A court ordered a television station and a website to pay 600,000 euros (US$645,000) in compensation to five Barcelona football players for reporting they had taken part in an orgy the night before a league game last year.
The Barcelona court said on Monday “there was not the slightest indication that there was any truth in the story” that five Barcelona players had taken part in an orgy with four young women at a Madrid hotel on Jan 19, 2002.
