KUALA LUMPUR: Sixty-two athletes checked in for the first phase of Vietnam SEA Games centralised training at the National Sports Council (NSC) in Bukit Jalil – and every one of them was unfit.
Yesterday, they went through five fitness tests - sprint, strength, power, flexibility and cardiovascular - and all failed the fitness test.
