PARIS: Former 400m Olympic champion Marie-Jose Perec of France has announced her return to competition, saying she hoped to make it to the final in her favourite event at the World Championships in Paris in August.
“I felt that it was the right time to express myself now to allow myself to concentrate fully on my preparation for the World Championships,” she told sports daily l'Equipe.
